Gyangunsagar Infra
Real estate CRM for plot sales
- Challenge
- A plot developer was selling through phone calls and spreadsheets. Nobody could see which plots were still free, two buyers could be promised the same plot, and commissions for agents and the agents who recruited them were worked out by hand.
- What we built
- One system for buyers, associates and the company team: Plot listings by site, marked residential, commercial, corner or park-facing, with live availability. A free 24-hour hold, then a booking with a payment reference that an admin verifies. An associate network with sponsor codes, KYC checks and commissions credited to a wallet. A sponsor tree that shows each downline member’s sales and earnings. Admin-only inventory, so only verified plots appear.

Personal project
Secure learning management system
- Challenge
- Course creators lose revenue when paid videos are downloaded, links are passed around and one login is shared between many people. Ordinary video hosting does nothing about it.
- What we built
- A course store with protection built in from the start: Videos are encoded to encrypted HLS and stored in private storage. Dynamic watermarks make a leaked recording traceable to the student. Device limits and signed, expiring access tokens deter account sharing. Students buy through Razorpay and watch from My Courses; admins manage courses, lessons, orders and coupons.

Phone case e-commerce store
- Challenge
- Buying a phone case online means guessing whether it fits. Generic listings leave buyers unsure about the camera cut-out and buttons, and returns follow.
- What we built
- Every case is listed against the phone it fits, so shoppers start from their model: Shop by model for iPhone and Android, across clear, designer, leather, MagSafe, rugged and silicone cases. UPI, card, netbanking and wallet payments through Razorpay, with refunds. Coupons, variants and stock, customer accounts, order tracking and 7-day returns. Courier booking through Shiprocket, staff roles, reports and an SEO blog that brings in search traffic.

Mach Ship
Transport management for delivery vendors
- Challenge
- Comparing carriers meant checking each vendor’s price list by hand, then booking and tracking each shipment separately. Mistakes in zones, fuel levies and surcharges cost money on every consignment.
- What we built
- One platform to price, book and track shipments: A pricing engine with rate cards, zones, surcharges and fuel levies for each carrier. Quotes and bookings that follow a consignment from pending to completed. PDF manifests and labels, notifications and an audit log. Roles for admin, operator and viewer, with separate web and admin apps.

VaultX
Private gallery for wedding photos
- Challenge
- After a wedding, photos and videos end up scattered across phones and chat groups. Guests cannot find the ones they want, and the family has no single safe place to keep them.
- What we built
- A gallery sorted by event, with access that depends on who you are: Admins upload images and videos into categories such as wedding, pre-wedding, birthday, mehandi and sagai. Visitors preview the gallery; signed-in users can like and download originals. Filter by category and type, and sort by newest or most liked, with paging for large albums. Signed uploads to Cloudinary and lazy-loaded media keep it fast.

Product packing solution
- Challenge
- Packers worked out box layouts by eye. Boxes were filled unevenly, products shifted in transit and nothing recorded what went into each box.
- What we built
- A selector that turns a product choice into a packing plan: Pick a product and get the box layout, levelled so the load sits evenly. Generate a PDF of the packing plan to print or share. User login so each plan is tied to the person who made it. A mobile version for use on the packing floor.

Quotation System
Quotation and invoicing CRM for industry
- Challenge
- An industrial seller prepared quotations and proforma invoices by hand. Customers, products, taxes and machine models lived in different files, so quotes were slow and prices were easy to get wrong.
- What we built
- One place for the whole quote-to-invoice flow: Quotations and proforma invoices built from saved customers, products, models and taxes. Master data for currencies, states, banks, industries, competitors and inquiry sources. Stock, reports and a system menu for configuration. Available as a web app and a desktop application.

Kitefoot
Shoe e-commerce store
- Challenge
- Shoes are bought by size, brand and colour, and a store that cannot filter on those loses the sale. The owner also needed to manage stock and orders without a developer.
- What we built
- A storefront and a back office: Browse by Men, Women, Kids and Sports; filter by size, brand, colour and price. Product pages with size selection, a cart, a wishlist, checkout and order history. Reviews and ratings, with customer and admin roles behind JWT login. An admin dashboard for products, stock, orders, users and sales.
