Process
How a project runs, step by step.
Good software comes from a predictable process. Here is exactly what happens from our first call to long after launch.
Six steps
From first call to long-term care.
01
Discovery
A 45-minute call and a short questionnaire. We agree what success means, who the users are and what must be true at launch.
02
Proposal
A written scope with milestones, a fixed price or a monthly retainer, and a realistic timeline. No surprises later.
03
Build
Work happens in two-week cycles with a staging link you can click through. You see progress every week, not at the end.
04
Review
You test each milestone against the agreed scope. Changes inside scope are free; anything new is quoted before work starts.
05
Launch
Production setup, monitoring, backups and a launch checklist. Everything — code, accounts, domains — is in your name.
06
Support
Thirty days of free fixes, then an optional maintenance plan with a set number of hours each month.
Communication
You will never wonder what is happening.
A weekly written update, a live staging link and one shared document with every decision. Questions get an answer within one working day.
You can also see progress at any time in the client portal: milestones, files and invoices in one place.
Questions
About the process
How involved do I need to be?
About an hour a week: reviewing the staging link, answering questions, and approving milestones.
What if I want changes halfway through?
Small adjustments within scope are free. Bigger changes become a change request with a price and timeline you approve first.
How fast can you start?
Typically within two to four weeks of an accepted proposal. Discovery calls can usually happen the same week.
