General
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. About half of my clients are abroad. I work in English, invoice in your currency, and overlap with European and Gulf working hours.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. The repository, hosting, domains and app-store accounts are all set up in your company’s name.
Do you sign NDAs?
Happily. Confidentiality is also part of every proposal by default.
Pricing
Why do you give fixed prices?
So you can plan. After discovery, the scope is written down and priced. Anything new is quoted separately before work starts.
How are payments split?
Usually 30% to start, then payments tied to milestones you approve. Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. GST at 18% is added for clients in India. International clients are billed without GST under export of services rules.
What costs are there after launch?
Hosting and third-party services (typically ₹2,000–₹15,000 a month for small products), plus an optional maintenance plan.
Process
How involved do I need to be?
About an hour a week: reviewing the staging link, answering questions, and approving milestones.
What if I want changes halfway through?
Small adjustments within scope are free. Bigger changes become a change request with a price and timeline you approve first.
How fast can you start?
Typically within two to four weeks of an accepted proposal. Discovery calls can usually happen the same week.

What happens if something breaks after launch?
Every project includes a free fix period (30–90 days). After that, maintenance plans cover updates, monitoring and fixes.
